    you use it to research properties. it's similar to pricefinder, APM and theres a few others. i've used both pricefinder and apm before but have found rp data is the best. IMO

    Some states don't allow owners name to be published because of privacy laws :(

    but thats for all companies. rp data, pricefinder.. etc
