    If they are at least human enough to disclose upfront that they collect commissions and not appearing as genuine volunteers, I might say no thanks.

    It's like those people giving 'free' bracelets in Rome etc, you'll be scammed unless you ignore them and pretend they don't exist.

    What these donation 'commissioners' do is similar to the tourist scams.

    What I mean is that the broker is putting forward the client's loan application, the bank is assessing the risk. It isn't the broker's funds at risk only their commission.

    Ummm how About any and every type of “Account Keeping Fee”. This is by far the biggest abuse of trail commission that exists. Unlike brokers though, these do absolutely NOTHING to earn it.

    Every single type of “account” is an entry in a database. Betty from accounts isn’t spending 30 minutes a week keeping anyone’s records! Their ain’t no filing going on.

    And another kind of trail is online referrals.
    Heck I can create a website, plaster it with online gambling banners and if you happen to sign up your now my referral.

    For every buck you lose gambling I make money.

    But yes let’s target the brokers....
