Royal Commission - any effects on commercial lending?

    Hi all,

    Just wondering if the RC was purely resi focused or if it had any recommendations regarding commercial property loans as well?

    Also I believe for commercial loans you pay some sort of brokerage fee up front anyway - is this true? Is it on any commercial purchase, or only certain sizes?

    RC mostly into consumer type loans and some small business owners / sole proprietors.
    For commercial lending, the idea of "responsible lending" becomes blurred.
