rough estimate for plastering

    Does anyone have a rough idea of how much it would cost to completely replaster (including ceilings and cornices) a double storey house of approx 12 squares?

    I've just done the PPOR, and think you could get plasterboard - wet and dry - plus a level 4 finish on 2.4m ceilings for 120sqm for about $15k. But it depends on the location too - some places are more expensive and some less.
