    Hi guys,

Can someone recommend a handyman to fix my rotten (I hope is not termite?) Window frame?

I'm located at Quakers Hill/ Blacktown area.

I've left it unattend for a while but it seems like it's getting serious by seconds....

    Thanks guy!

Sorry, I do not know anyone, but if living there or keeping long term, I would look at changing to AL windows, or at least the ones that get smashed in the weather.

Depending on the extent of the rot, this should be easy to fix with builder's bog and wood hardener if required. I did it on my own windows so may just need a good handyman or woman.

If the rot is extensive, then may need to replace a section of the wood, and this might need either a handyman or a carpenter (I've had this done too).

There are some companies that specialist in fixing rotten windows e.g.

    TWR

Once repaired, it is very important to paint the windows to prevent it happening again.
