Ross Higgins has passed away - Age 86.

Ironically on the same day as Ford shut its doors.

Leave your money on the fridge, or the Kingswood.

Great show and he made it great. RIP

RIP. Ted Bullpit. May you long polish the chrome towbar

I did not realise Ross Higgins voiced Louie the Fly as well.

One of my favorite shows as a kid. Watched it recently late at night and was refreshing how politically incorrect it was.

    You're not taking the Kingswood...

Somebody should blow those kids up.

    Pickle me grandmother!

Thelma Bulpitt: Hello, Ted. How was your day?

Ted Bullpitt: Bloody shambles, of course!

    Love it!

Didn't everybody have a Kingswood? Keep in mind they were predecessor to the Commodore. You either had a Kingswood or a Falcon. (Now a Commodore or a Falcon) oh and of course the "wogs" had Valiants

Yeah... well my dad after many years replaced it with a Falcon. I remember the stick gearshift and front bench seat... and nobody cared if a little kid sat there.

I met him once at a taping of the Naked Vicar show for radio. I'm not sure whether people I that position get sick of being told what a great job they do.
