    Can anyone recommend a great property manager for and IP in Rosebud. A friend is looking to change PMs and is seeking an experienced PM instead of the revolving door of inexperienced PMs that the current agency turns over. They need an experienced PM who can execute a notice to vacate as they would like to sell. Someone competent that could deal with the potential of their tenant's inability to find other accommodation.
