    Hi All

    Just flagging that the final changes to the Major Amendment A of city plan are out and should come into force sometime next quarter.

    For rooming accommodation the biggest change is that you will no longer be able to have primary and secondary dwellings. At present we have been getting granny flats and other secondary dwellings through with some modifications. Won't be possible once the changes to the code come in.
