Roof Replacement Cost - Perth

    Hi

    For a single storey character house with about 200sqm under the main roof, what a rough cost to remove the current low pitched 80's concrete tiled roof (in good condition) and replace with original (style) high pitched 1920's clay roof tiles?

    I guess they could use some of the existing roof trusses but i dont want to use the existing blue concrete tiles. I have had a concrete roof painted before and the color washes off after about 8 -10 years.
