    Hi All

Anyone recommend me a roofer for the Western Suburbs of Sydney? I just got new gutters installed at one of my investments but whilst we were out there realised there around 10 or so tiles that are cracked or broken and also I will get the roof ridge caps repointed with new adhesive.

    So basically

    1) Repoint all ridges
    2) Replace 10-15 tiles

Its a fairly small job but seeing if there are any recommendations out there?

    Cheers

I'm looking for one too. The only one recommended to me barely even returns calls :(

I was thinking about doing this myself but honestly I'm lazy.

Did you try Service Seeking, Hipages or Airtasker? I usually get all my work from 1 of those 3 sites now but I thought I'd try on here first to see any recommendations.

My work isn't critical, it's a (very minor) leak that only happens when you have one of those "once a year" epic storms.

And even then it barely causes any damage, so I've been unmotivated to look around. Tradies in general are just hard to get as you probably know.

Ah ok fair enough. Yeah my work isnt that urgent either. There are no leaks currently even with those cracked tiles but I figured I might as well tackle this stuff now. It should be around $600-$700 I think.

New tiles are dirt cheap anyway and the material for repointing is about $35 per 10L. Max would be 30L I would say for a single storey maybe even a lot less so materials would be total only around $150 max.
