Don't know any roof repair person..but if I were you, I'd sell -leaking roof included -- to a sydneysider. Just say that they can enjoy the year-round weather from the comforts of their own home (which is true- you won't be hyping) and some gullible yet cashed up sydneysider will offer big bucks for it. :)

I will PM you the contact details of someone who I have used and so have some friends (they were surprised with saving from other quotes).

    Highly recommended.

I used ReStyle - they were prompt and their service excellent. Cost me about 3300 to clean, seal and repaint an entire asbestos roof plus localised repairs and sealing

Maybe ring up your insurance company, there was a massive storm in inner brisbane around nov 2015,if the damage can be linked too that storm then you maybe be able to claim through your insurance ..
I know someone that has just had a new roof from the damage too the roof linked too that nov storm, and the only way they found out was a roof replacement company sent them photo"s from a drone above the property and sent them the quotes and ,then they just put in a claim through Suncorp then within 21 days the new roof was fitted..imho..

Well....no...you can't claim for storm damage that occurred before you bought the house! You didn't have insurance before the storm as you didn't own it.
