Roof leaking repair/clean

I called a plumber to check roof leaking, and he sent me a report as follows:

"The roof does not have any broken tiles. The existing tiles need to be thoroughly cleaned to remove a build up of very fine leaves that are stuck in the joints between the tiles - this is causing the many roof leaks throughout the house."

However, he does not do the roof cleaning. So, what type of tradies should I call to clean and remove built up leaves?

I would look at someone who does water blastering as that is what needs to be done. Some bleach and then water blaster the roof and will come up brand new.

There are roofers that also offer this service.
