Rockdale vs Kogarah for investment

    Hello everyone, want to get your opinion for investment, which area is better?

    Also I notice that prices between west and east station is different? Why is that for both areas?

    The east is closer to the water.

    Both of them under NSW Bayside Council.

    The east of both train stations have all the amenities such as restaurants, library, hospital, closer to princess highway. Rockdale is closer to the city. Checkout bayside city council's development plans to improve the area etc.

    Don’t forget to look at the F6 extension proposal as it looks like there will be a ventilation facility in Rockdale. There’s also going to be an entry point on President Ave just down the road from Kogarah.

    Also keep in mind the sheer amount of high rise units in both areas but particularly Rockdale. I think there’s a couple off Bay St just behind the medical centre that are still being built.
