    Hi all, Lots of new land and home & land packages are being released in Rockbank, VIC. The estates are Bridgefield, Heartlands and a few more. Most of them for under $350k are a single story 3bedroom home on a 250-260 sqmt block. Does anyone have any views on investing in these? About 30km from the city?

    Is this advisable or should I be looking at QLD? Thanks very much,

    Circumstances: Wondering if these off the plan small blocks are a good investment ?
    Plan/goals: Start investing in property; positive gear in a couple of years, appreciation so I can sell in 5 or 10 yrs
    PPOR or IP ? Investment Property
    Deposit ? Affordability ? Max budget $350k
