    I was watching a clip @Player posted in another thread that I really enjoyed, so I found another clip of this guy I really like and thought I would post it. Really like his '10 rules'.

    Today's been a great Airbnb day for me... I took the booking for the New year's period first thing this morning, 7 nights secured which if it was a normal rental, is equivalent to nearly a full month of normal leasing for the same property....

    Best tip was at 7:00. I strongly advise everyone to watch that.

    Park your van advertising your appliance repair company outside the window of a television studio that shoots feel good stories for day time tv watched by stay at home mums with busted appliances.
