WA Riverview Rants - 10th November

I checked it out a couple of years ago at Open House when there was a floor vacant; not sure what they do when its fully tenanted?

Note he's not actually going to be there, but swear everytime i hear someone successful talk about resources they used starting out, RDPD is top of the list. Would this be worth going to just to check it out? Any takers?

Edit* Also sceptical because it came up as a sponsored ad in my facebook newsfeed, which is hardly ever a good thing.

 

I'm sceptical too. Apparently he's not even going to be there?

Not something I would consider anyway.

 

Not sure if its the same presentation format for this one but i went to one run by RDPD company a year or two ago, it was all angled at getting you to sign up to the three day intensive workshop that they run, cant remember if there were ongoing benefits. At one point they said you could sign up at the back of the room in the next minute for only $500 or something compared to full price of $1,500 and some ppl were literally running. I guess the percent of ppl who sign up post the evening probably goes down significantly if you let them go away and think about whether it is worth the cost...
It was quite good to help reinforce the principles that the books teach however and i did get a thing or two out of it, if its free whats the harm.
There were a surprising number of ppl in the room who didnt yet own investment property when he asked for raised hands, i feel like these are the people who sign up having no base knowledge and it doesn't bring them instant riches and they never invest again.

Not sure yet, I tried to make a booking ages ago but they said they didnt take them. It'll be upstairs on the deck i'd imagine.
