    Hi @Never giveup it's actually got more to do with different legislation in WA, where BAs aren't necessarily under the same rules when it comes to "exclusivity" ie: they can also (and some of them do) list and sell property, hence the smaller no. of members as REBAA only allow truly exclusive BAs as members.
