    Hi Everyone

Is anyone aware of the developments in above mentioned areas in adelaide?
Ripehouse advisory's online tool have spotted them as the top two hotspots.
Also, yields look quite amazing at 7 percent.

    Any info would highly appreciated.
    Cheers

After a quick look at Blakeview on RE.com im surprised at some of the asking prices. With that price bracket you could buy in at cheaper further south down main nth rd, or at similar prices in better quality suburbs. Is there something obvious i am missing? Am keen to know the thinking behind the recommendation.

Do you think Blakeview had its run?
Can you suggest specific suburbs worth looking at.

    Thanks in advance.

Sure, at around $300/$350 check out lower section of Salisbury heights, Salisbury east. Both areas well served with amenities, public transport, adjacent a national park and centrally located whithin a 10 minute drive of 4 major shopping centres. (Also a local shopping center completing construction at saints rd/main nth rd).

Also Salisbury downs/parafield gardens along Salisbury hwy, has easy access to semaphore and port Adelaide. May get a little trickle down from the huge ship building contracts. Also 5 mins from ex holden plant, now "lions gate" where new industries are moving in to fill the vacancy of the car industry.

Also maybe ingle farm? But i believe prices may have already risen above the $350?bracket?

Just food for thought and hopefully other Adelaidians can chime in with there opinion and help you out.

If you want newer construction properties, those areas you mention are probably where your budget will take you. Would highly recommend Blakeview over Smithfield though.

If this isnt a concern for you, then post above has some good suggestions.

Obviously everyone has a different strategy / taste / etc

@ollidrac nosaj Thanks alot. That was quite helpful.
Parafield garden also looks interesting especially proximity to CBD.
It seems that it had great run in last 2 years.Out of all the above, which one do you think has good value at the moment.

Not sure as to where i would rank the areas in regards to value, but as for future drivers i would pick Parafield gardens. Taking into consideration the above mentioned Pt Adelaide contracts and development, it also sits relatively close to the northern irrigation scheme:
