    Laddies and gents just released some equity and bank has approved 350k.

    where are we buying ? Best place for capital growth with decent yields

    Look closely at Busselton, SOuth west, WA

    its already moving. Good infrastructure and affordable, lifestyle, pristine beaches. Look at Vasse in this area

    your price point may be a 2/3 bedder villa, west side, close to beach


    Beaches, Great Booze And Real Estate Set To Boom

    At that price point and looking at all capital cities it has to be Brisbane surely. Not sure where $350k will buy you - maybe a townhouse closer to CBD or Logan.

    Logan seems to be having a huge population boom at the moment which always almost leads to Capital gain on properties.

    Northside there wont be much in terms of free standing houses for $350k.

    Did you end up investing there. My brother in law lives there. I love it there. Beautiful there.

    Even today, houses are affordable. But what's the CF and CG like.
