On of the funniest games I ever played was "Sam and Max Hit the Road" about 25 years ago.

Sam was a very strange dog and Max a psychotic bunny.

I remember someone having one of the old Intellivisions, and there was the VIC 20 before the C64 as well. Oh "N" 64 ;)

Or indeed a tape drive computer!

We went down the Microbee path, when my friends were on C64s :-/

    Cheers,

Maniac mansion on c64. I did find a version on the internet a few years ago.

Also quake on line, anyone get into that? It's still around now, I'll have to think what the site is. When we were at the school the computer whizz kids got passed the basic security programs and we'd play it during computer studies!
Kids now are probably hacking with wikileaks or annoying Isis!

    Found it...

Oh man, I don't know how long we spent trying to work that out. Didn't have a save feature back then either.
Finally got around to finishing it in the late 90's I think, when I found a guide on the net.

How about a 'floppy disk?' I wonder what today's youth would think of that...

Ah GoldenEye, we used to play that multiplayer on an emulator during IT in high school.

You blow on the cartridge before plugging it in...

Hard to beat Bubble Bobble on PC.
    Or lemmings
    Or super mario cart

I came into the frey around the time of the N64 and game boy etc.
Never owned a game consul myself... just had to borrow friends.

After about the age of 12 lost interest in games and never got it back. Don't even have games on my phone and find it odd watching 'suits' on public transport playing some pointless game (candy crush et al).

Golden Eye, forgot to agree with @The Dark Knight on that one as well, 4 player madness on that and Mario Kart was awesome. Big head and paint ball mode was a bit ridiculous.

I thought the whole point of blowing on it was to keep it clean.

    I feel old.

We used to have multiplayer all-nighters on the weekend in high school. Playing the actual console.

We were popular with the girls.

We should have a annual property chat meet up Goldeneye challenge. $50 buy in last man or woman standing wins the prize pool.
@Peter_Tersteeg if you don't mind maybe leave your cartridge at home
Paint ball mode haha totally forgot about that.
