1. Anyone used them for buying a IP feedback , reviews and performance of property after buying ?
they are based in Sydney and He is a popular figure in property circles.

I checked with them and they said they collaborate will someone in QLD.
2. Any ideas with whom they collaborate in QLD for buying ?

Rich Harvey is the new President of REBAA Real Estate Buyer's Agents Association of Australia - REBAA (a post I held for some years 2012-2015) and his company has been around for a long period and are well known. They are based in Sydney however do have a licence to operate in QLD.

If you are seeking to buy in another state, however, my first preference would be to locate a local BA, someone who lives and operates an office on the ground. There are plenty of other REBAA QLD based longstanding members- Property Searchers, Andrew Allen, Property Zest, just to name a few. Do a search and best of luck with your impending purchase.

No IP but PPOR .. No BA used
