I have just found out a property (old unit in a block of 8) I own is in a Residential Growth Zone (RGZ).

Is that good or bad in terms of future capital growth?

The property is in Thornbury, Victoria.

    Regards

Would've been really good if it was a house instead. Your unit's on a block that's already subdivided.
