Rezoning - how to find the early goss?

    The BCC drafts seem to come out every couple of years, but by the time a draft is released it clearly has had a tonne of work.

    Is there anyway to uncover the very early phases? Given it's a communal interest, I wouldn't imagine it's particularly top secret?

    There is a particular pocket that is prime for a medium residential up zone - much like Mt Gravatt Central along Logan Rd.
