Open Revisit the user titles ladder

    The default user titles ladder has new users starting with the title of "New Member" under their username next to posts.

    I should revisit that ladder of usernames and customise it.

    It it time to revisit? Nearly everybody is an Well known member now.

    Also... I want more smiley choices... :(
    For example, I'd like to have one of a face that is bawling its eyes out... :'(
