Reuse sales pictures for rental ad (different agency)

    Why don't you want to rent it with agency A? I have always found it easier to use the selling agents firm to lease a property that you are in the process of buying. They already have repore with the seller so can be easier to get inspections done before settling.

    Also by the way if I did decide to use a different agent I would probably just go ahead use the sale photos to lease the property. I get what others are saying about copyright and all that but I think the risk is pretty low that someones going to come after you over such a minor issue.

    So it'd fine by you if someone photocopied or scanned a copy of a book that you'd written and you were selling in bookshops only for them to be selling a soft copy online?

    No I wouldn't be OK with that.

    But some random house photos that these photographers churn out multiple times a week, that the vendor paid for and for all they know decided to passed on to you. The same ones that end on all these different "how much is my house worth" websites who no doubt don't pay any royalties, yeah I'd take my chances.

    And such editing can be forensically detected too ..........
