I thought Hubby would be on here, but since he hasn't I'll say it!

    Hubby retired yesterday!

So....there is NO living on Equity, NO centrelink, NO shares......only residential rental income. AND just so that I'm being perfectly honest here, yes, we do have a Business, but we have not drawn one cent in income from that Business, as the role of the Business is to slowly suck up losses that are quarantined in our discretionary Trust.

Of course, as time moves on, there will be income to be had from the Business, but as it stands today, we are not drawing an income from it. In fact I see a future where we sell that as well, so we can holiday as we please.

For those that say it can't be done on residential property, I am here to say it most certainly can.:D

Well done Skater, how long did your journey take?

I have just crossed the first hurdle and about to take on the second one. I feel about 20 years away from your stage.

But you're way to young to retire...

    Way to go, that's awesome.

Congrats to @skater and @Bargain Hunter!! Now make sure you each have something to do outside the house so that you don't kill each other due to shared cabin fever.
Send @Bargain Hunter to Melbourne to au pair for @Lil Skater and drive her nuts
