RETIRED!!!

    I thought Hubby would be on here, but since he hasn't I'll say it!

    Hubby retired yesterday!

    So....there is NO living on Equity, NO centrelink, NO shares......only residential rental income. AND just so that I'm being perfectly honest here, yes, we do have a Business, but we have not drawn one cent in income from that Business, as the role of the Business is to slowly suck up losses that are quarantined in our discretionary Trust.

    Of course, as time moves on, there will be income to be had from the Business, but as it stands today, we are not drawing an income from it. In fact I see a future where we sell that as well, so we can holiday as we please.

    For those that say it can't be done on residential property, I am here to say it most certainly can.:D

    Good work! mind share bit more background info for example how many property and the suburbs? rental income per property and if there are any loan against them? :)
