No, I don’t own commercial property. I have considered it too risky. Reading about it though from people who have invested gives a different perspective

    Can't fault the reasoning.
Not exactly "capital cities" as stated in the beginning.
Dental and medical needs also up to date buildings. And they can be poached by a biggger medical centre that may be built. Unless you build it.

Keep in mind this video was made in 2019.
The karate place was bought in 2017
Can't find sales record for the cafe.
Last sale I can find for the dentist is the whole centre 2003.
I don't have rp data, this is on the public sites.

Even just thinking about governments around the world trying to protect pandemic-affected newly jobless tenants, they seem far more likely to give extra power and protection to residential tenants.

i.e. I'm guessing government-mandated rent moratoria would mostly be a resi property thing, no?

This is the secret...........lifestyle properties within 2 hours a major city. Will outperform any city property by a country mile.

So whats the definition of retirement?
Writing a book and selling it isnt exactly retirement? If anything sounds worse than working 9-5 for me haha.
Also being a BA isnt exactly retirement either (maybe closer to financial freedom?)
