I used the Rustoleum one...My brother did the bathroom in his IP a week earlier with the White Night product. I think the coverage was a little better on his tiles. We'll compare notes in a year and see how they both hold up.

How did it go after over a year? I'm planning to do the same to one of my IPs soon. So would love to know any good/bad feedback on Rust-Oleum tub and tile paint!

Question. If the tiles are already painted some years ago, can I paint over them again?

Yes, but sand them back first.
    240 grit, wet.

I ended up using the Bunnings White Knight tub and bath 2 weeks ago on my basin. Looks better than it did, but I can't say i love it. Looks like its been painted on, has an 'ok' finish to it. Not worth the $80 odd i spent, and time doing it. Next time I'll buy a basin replacement for same price.

You can get a 'filler' for the chips. Ill see if i can find a link. You mix the two products together as per instructions, put it where its needed and sand it down to shape. Very hard wearing, perfect for your purpose.

I'd lift it out given the choice - masking it off will always leave gaps which look crap - unless that's just me and my shoddy skills, which is quite possible!

The 'how to' guide just says mask it all up, but as @Jess Peletier said, it does leave gaps.
Best do it properly and lift the sink, then use clear silicon to reseal. Much better.

Depends how capable you are and the plumbing setup, it's prob easier to scrape out the old silicon, clean surface, mask up, paint, let set, clean up, re-silicone

I haven't seen it recently but haven't had complaints from tenants so I'm assuming so!

There are companies that do home visits to restore old baths. Google bath restoration.
