I was looking for restumping company recommendations and came across your post. Could you please provide details of the company you undertook the work with. Now that it has been sometime since the work was completed, would you still recommend them?

We had our own ppor restumped a few years ago. Cost about 15k which was ok and the guys did a great job. However, restumping a house would have to be about one of the worst jobs around if you ask me.

 

Ha, if i had a $ for everytime someone said something similar, i wouldn't have to restump houses anymore!

In all seriousness, it's not all that bad when you're used to it... like most jobs, when it becomes like clockwork it's easy.
