    For resale, in a modern house, you should have two bathrooms and ideally two living areas.

    Is it really rural or is it urban edge?

    A 200 square metre house won’t look huge - especially on an acre.

    Ask the builder how big the one being built is...

    Yep it’s rural, town 3000 people. I’ll have to see what solicitor says on Monday. Hopefully we can work something out!
