    Hi All,

    Without doing accounting and/or Taxation Law degree I was wondering if someone can recommend an advanced book which I can read to learn more about doing multiple type businesses under a Company structure and how to distribute the income to employees and shareholders.

    For e.g. businesses include IT, Shares Trading and Property Investing/flipping

    Majority of ppl will recommend against having multiple things in one holding structure... Especially if one is a business and the other is an investment asset

    Indeed - especially trading companies vs asset holding entities - some serious risk issues having this all in the same entity.
