Residex reports

    Anyone remember the original Residex prediction reports? The way the reports used to be? Residex was sold to Onthehouse and later to CoreLogic.. but Corelogic killed the original Residex reports as far as I can see..

    What Corelogic is selling nowadays is historical data.. which is far less interesting than the original Residex reports, which had 5 and 8 year growth predictions per suburb. The way Residex was generating the original reports was by crunching data and then have a call center team follow-up the data by phoning banks, valuers, real estate agents etc.. a fair bit of work went into these reports.. with quite impressive results.

    Any suggestions where we nowadays can find something similar? Reports with actual predictions instead of historical data?
