residex CMA report

    interested in getting the residex CMA report for 2 of my investment properties in WA and wondering if anyone has access tot his please

    I know for a fact that at least half the brokers on this forum provide Residex CMAs to their clients.

    i wonder which one bank uses for valuation residex, rpdata and pricefinder?

    Most lenders are using RP Data. I heard that Residex and RP Data are now owned by the same group (this is not verified).

    It's as relevant as you might think. I've seen plenty of RP Data reports with a very different figure to the banks version. I've seen a lot of reports from Residex and RP Data, there doesn't appear to be any pattern as to which is more accurate.

    They can all be accurate or inaccurate at times. It really depends on what data they have in them for both the target property and comparable properties.

    Can't do much other than just use it as a guide. Or as some people do, use the one that gives them the result they like the most :p
