    Hi Guys, just a quick one.
    Im looking for a professional report to show pricing disparity between renovated and renovated properties. Ive tried the residex website but it looks like they arent making it anymore.

    Does anyone have any leads i can look at to narrow in on a subrub to go with before looking for a purchase?
