    Very good location but if it is for ppor I will be thinking twice. Subdivision may be an issue with driveway so close to round about
    More knowledgeable ppl here will answer more

    The roundabout wont be a problem for developing. You need to check the sewerage/other easements on the property. That will be more prohibitive than the roundabout.

    Corner block is very desirable for development in future. You get the option of having 2 x driveways one on each street which provides a lot of flexibility. Plus your frontage wont be a problem with council.

    Thank you. It looks like sewerage line goes from the neighbours land as per the agents map.
