I was thinking about this situation today, I have multiple loan splits on my PPOR due to a debt recycling strategy, a couple of the splits are mixed loans (for various reasons), if I were to refinance to one single loan with a different lender, would that reset the loan back to normal or would it just create an even worse mix?

any insight would be much appreciated

Thought that would be the case. I have no intention of doing so, just intrigued.
    Thank you both.
