researching for commercial shops

    Hi can anyone tell me what search engines do you use to find commercial retail shops for sale.

    i have tried a few but no luck in finding older shops for sale etc.

    any one advise?

    Commercial Retail Shop searching

    Commercialpropertyguide.com.au is an excellent tool to locate retails shops in the right location especially the more popular retail strip precincts.

    Number one website is realcommercial.com.au and is by far the biggest. Second is commercialrealestate.com.au but only has a third of the users. That's in Sydney cbd areas - not sure if it is different elsewhere.
