Representative South-Side Brisbane suburbs to Watch

    I'm going to start tracks some representative south side suburbs to track price rises as they ( hopefully ...) move up .

    Starting from outer ring in
    Ipswich , Goodna , Logan ....

    Where to next ? Not looking for burbs that are out performing for specific reasons eg schools , just your standard suburbs which would represent their area moving into the centre .

    Well i think Daisy Hill is a south side suburb that is kinda representative, as is Marsden. No massive reason for either to outperform.

    It would be interesting to track some of the newer developments, flagstone?

    I would be interested to see how the 4114 fares over the next few years in contrast to other more desirable Logan suburbs...

    Definitely interesting, as I dont rate the chances of comparatively good CGs on new developments. Let me know what the figures are as you track....

    I agree that Marsden is a good generic example.
