Repayment Holidays wont affect credit score

    But in month 7 when a borrower tries to refinance how will the incoming bank view the deferral and reviewing the statements and repayment history for the past 6 months?

    I think it possibly will be ok as long as the borrower had permission at the time and assuming that they are no longer affected in their income earning ability.

    But I have seen nothing in writing to confirm this.
