    Hi all,

My family have a farm near Brisbane and there is a house and a few workers cottages on it. The workers cottages and house are all on the same block of land (about 100 acres) and spread out. The workers cottages have been primarily used by workers in then past but now we want to rent them out. Are we able to rent them out given that they are not on a separate title but are just workers cottages on rurally zoned land?

I am unsure if there are any laws etc surrounding this so would appreciate any guidance.

    Cheers

Isn't this something the local council/shire can answer pretty readily?
