    I live at Warners Bay, yesterday at 9.00am 12/14 cars were parked in our street for a house renting for $700pw, as one car left another took its place. Occasionally a home in our street becomes available for renting but I have never seen anything like this ... :(

    Still waiting for Sydney to be as in demand as this. Sigh :(

    I think Brisbane and Perth are the only capitals that could see that.

    Then Sydney when the borders open.

    Melbourne - maybe not possible at all given outflows and sheer number of empty high rises.
