    Hi All,
. We are thinking of renting in the bayside area in Melb before buying. We found a school we like - black rock primary.
But we are having problem finding to rent around that location as its quite expensive so we are looking at renting in Mentone or Cheltenham. But we are worried about the traffic in the morning to this school and back.
If anyone is leaving in this area is the traffic bad in the morning? Especially nepean highway

Any advices would be greatly appreciatedTha ks

I live in beaumaris at black rock end and hardly ever use nepean highway. Beach rd normally always has good traffic flow outside the work peaks , 7-9, 4-6
Driving around mentone around school drop offs is a nightmare though

Nepean Hwy and Beach Td are both busy during peak hour. But the area is lovely and well worth the extra costs of rent.

    Thanks for all the help.
We have been trying and applying to rent but its been difficult though. Will anyone know any good agent i can talk to to help me find a decent 3 bedroom around the bay area?
Its quite difficult for us as we don't live in the area at the moment and having to drive for inspection is a nightmare (especially with kids) :(
    Thanks in Advance
