Rental property manager - Cranbourne

    Can anyone please recommend me a good rental property manager in Cranbourne.

    This will be my first investment property, are there any general things I should be looking for when I sign a contract with them ?

    When you choose a tenant, I believe the property manager may give a list of 2-3 tenants to choose from, how do you guys select the tenant? Any suggestions from past mistakes or general advice.

    Not sure if covers the area but think likely, try either:
    Jess from Savoy RE (Blackburn) but covers all areas - he’s specialist PM not moving to Sales
    Or lilskater from the forum - not sure if she covers that area though.

    Thanks @craigc I don’t, but definitely highly recommend Jess. Known him for years and he’s a bit of a gun :)
