    Reading all the references about @datto over the years... I could swear he's gotta be a weed smokin' druggie slumlord from Mount Druitt who runs a semi legit lawnmower business on the weekends, decked out in gold bling with outback Westy sheilas hangin off each arm as he downs homemade brew, pausing only for the next puff of his Colombian cigar...

    I reckon you are wrong.

    @datto is his alter-ego. A bit of wishful thinking.

    In reality he lives in a high end inner Sydney suburb (possibly a harbour-front mansion), goes to work every day in the city wearing a suit. Only drives imported European cars. His IPs include waterfront apartments at Bondi and Manly and acreage properties in the southern highlands. Also ski chalets at Thredbo and a condo in Hawaii.

    Update:

    Had a massive amount of interest, 14 applications. Some with 4 kids, had to say no. Some with bad rental history, hell no. Some rental defaults, ah no chance. Some wanted some items rectified before they moved in like garden super clean and (mind you its very presentable). So they were the next to go. Some wanted a longer lease but I cant commit to that.

    Eventually gave it to a really nice couple with a baby on the way. 5 dogs (knock yourselves out woof!), 3 cars and a van.

    Letting agent did a great job I must say.
