    Threat title should say " Rental Demand in ORANGE hotting up".

    Doubt very much rental demand is hotting up across NsW regional areas as a whole.

    Could be wrong but very much doubt it, although happy to be proven wrong so I can hike too.

    Great for Orange. But why the increased demand apart from the time of year? Health workers - ok, but why?
    Rental demand in Parkes is pretty healthy too so maybe not just an Orange thing.

    I was told a few months ago it had improved, but once Euro releases his flats or due occs it will fall off a cliff again

    Just the time of year ..... prob, new contracts etc start so people would have taken up a lot in new year.

    Also the mine workers loss and other manufacturing would all be behind Orange now.

    But unlike the story, the places with higher or big rent will not be the norm to go fast, unless they will be renting rooms out etc and 5 people is hardly a stampede ☺

    About time, rents have been fairly flat there for a number of years.
