Renovation in Logan - Approval Needed?

    Hi guys,

    Do you need council approval for renovations in Logan? Is there a certain point at which they kick in and are required?

    Does anyone actually get approvals?

    new bathroom, new kitchen, new flooring, paint, air con etc. No structural works though.

    I’d say no council approval required. No one gets council approval to paint or change floor coverings. You are doing nothing structural.
