Renovation house wanted

If anyone finds a house with good renovation potential that I can make some money off if the deal stacks up I will pay a finders fee for such a deal
The deal must be 20,000 plus below market value
I am looking for deals in the western suburbs of Melbourne

 

And why wouldn't they buy it themselves?

Why not get a BA?

A lot of people arnt in a position to buy right at the moment
I have missed out on many great deals due to not being market ready no one can buy every great property that comes along

Good luck. Im looking in the West too, everything is going mental. Advertised 330-360- sells 450k. Other stuff advertised 360-400. Goes 410-430. Every property in that bracket needs a reno in the west. they are all $hitholes, to be honest I wouldn't even bother renovating because I think you'll get the same growth by doing nothing. I will PM you if I see anything that looks good because most of its going above my max anyway.

I have secured 2 last month they were both bought off market
I more am looking for off market deals
I am a big believer in buying off market there is more room to Negotiate prices and advoid buyers paying way to much

 

Well done. I can't even get any agents to take offers to vendors prior to auction. It doesn't help that 99% of the agents in those suburbs are dodgey as hell

 

its called a boom
just keep phoning, develop a repour with a few, it takes lots of work, and cash talks.
You must be persistent and keep at it
