Hi guys, does anyone have recommendation for a good value (quality at a good price) builder in Perth who specialises/ is experienced in renovations?

I need to have a window shifted from one wall to another on an existing double brick dwelling. Looking to get a couple of quotes.

    Thanks!

Not many will want to take on such a small job but as it's likely deemed structural it will need a builder and building permit I think?

Surely your builder for the new house would be happy to sort it out for you?

The (potential) builder is happy to 'sort it out' and/or recommend a builder who specialises in renovation work. I was going to call the latter but also hoping to get two+ quotes to compare.

I'll PM you one of my builders who does renovation work - not sure if it will be too small for him though.

Do we need council approvals if increasing the size of window in bathroom?

e.g. very small window ( i would call it vent) and want to put good size window wih fly screen lockable panels etc.
