Reno in Sydney Northwest?

Hi friends,

I am looking to learn reno do's and dont's through watching you work on yours. Is there anyone who would not mind me watch you DIY or engage contractors, what decision making process you go through, pros and cons of materials, regulatory requirements etc.? Anyone who does this as a strategy - to buy a Reno prop and add value thru reno?

I live in Cherrybrook, Sydney. Anything in the Sydney, Northwest would be easier to access but I could also drop by if anywhere else in Sydney but will be less frequent.

You've missed out on a few of mine - I'm just up the road from you too.
..And unfortunately I got no plans for anything else for a while.

I'm hoping to hear back from a developer in a month or two. If its a no-go, then I'll have a heap of things I want to do to my current place to boost its value (Bathrooms x2, wooden floors upstairs, level and paint garage floor, level side yard and put tiles down).

You won't be standing there watching though.. so you'd have to bring old clothes and get your hands dirty.
