    Hi All,

Has anyone on here been able to remove a complying development restriction from a 149 certificate in NSW?

If so how did you go about doing this (what process did you follow)?

If not I’d be interested to speak to any certifier or planners on here about the possibility of doing this. My timing is to kick this off right away.

    Thanks
    Al

Proximity to coastal wetlands under the new SEPP, noted on the 10.7 certificate.

What so you propose to do, move the land further away from the coast?

    Remove the coastal wetlands :)
Speaking to numerous certifiers it doesn't appear that we have many options to remove this condition from the 10.7.
